Hangzo acts as a food delivery platform connecting users with restaurants, kitchens, cafes, and food vendors.
- Food availability depends on restaurant inventory and operational status.
- Menu prices may change without prior notice.
- Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, ingredients, and quality.
- Images shown on the platform are for representation purposes only.
- Hangzo does not guarantee exact food appearance or packaging.
🍔 Certain restaurants may deny orders during high demand, emergencies, weather conditions, technical outages, or operational limitations.
3. Payments & Billing
Hangzo supports secure digital payment methods including:
- UPI Payments
- QR Code Payments
- Online Wallets
- Third-party Payment Gateways
- Cash on Delivery (if available)
By making payments through Hangzo, you agree that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- Payment disputes caused by user negligence are not Hangzo's responsibility.
- Taxes, restaurant charges, and delivery fees may apply.
- Hangzo does not store sensitive banking credentials like ATM PINs or CVV numbers.

4. Delivery Terms
- Estimated delivery time may vary depending on traffic, weather, restaurant preparation, or delivery partner availability.
- Incorrect delivery addresses may result in delays or cancellation.
- Customers should remain reachable via phone during delivery.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation without refund.
- Hangzo delivery partners must be treated respectfully and safely.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once restaurant preparation has started.

- Fraudulent refund requests may lead to account suspension.
- Hangzo reserves the right to reject refund claims if misuse is detected.
6. User Conduct & Restrictions
Users must not:
- Abuse customer support or delivery partners.
- Use automated bots or scraping systems.
- Attempt hacking, unauthorized access, or server attacks.
- Create fake orders or payment disputes.
- Upload harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
- Misuse promotions, coupons, or referral systems.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All Hangzo branding, logos, designs, graphics, code, layouts, features, content, and trademarks belong exclusively to Hangzo unless otherwise stated.

- Chargeback abuse may lead to legal action.
- Accounts may be verified using OTP systems and security checks.
- Suspicious transactions may be manually reviewed.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
