Hangzo uses a QR-based manual payment system. Users must pay the exact amount shown on the checkout page.
If extra amount is paid, refund is subject to verification and may take time. Hangzo reserves the right to approve or deny such refunds.
Once a cancellation request is approved:
Refunds are usually processed within 24-72 hours, but may take longer depending on payment method or verification.
Refunds will be sent only to the UPI ID provided by the user during cancellation request.
Any attempt to misuse refund system (fake payments, duplicate claims) may lead to account suspension.
Hangzo reserves the right to:
Hangzo is not liable for delays caused by banking systems, UPI failures, or incorrect user details.
